Guarantee & Returns
We want you to be happy with our products. If you decide that the purchased item is not
suitable you, the customer, have a 7 working day cancellation period. The 7 day period
starts the day after you receive the goods. Simply return the goods (recorded delivery)
in un-used resalable condition, with the original packaging for a fast refund. Please note
that our postage costs are not refundable.
All our products carry a full 12 month guarantee* against defects. We will replace or
repair any item defective within 12 months of purchase*.
Your statutory rights are not affected for faulty items.

We will only hold personal information to enable us to process your order. Once your
order is processed information such as credit / debit card details are erased.
We will never pass your information to any third parties.
*The alarm has to be fitted by a suitably qualified person such as an auto-electrician
as we are not responsible for damage caused by poor fitting.
